All room rates are per room, per night. These non-commissioned rates are subject to a 12% VAT & service charge.

Reservations
Reservations can be made by one of the following methods:
- Via the Hilton Cancun's website
- Call the Hilton Reservation System at 1-800-HILTONS (1-800-445-8667) and identify yourself as an IEEE MEMS 2011 Conference attendee
The cut-off date for the reduced group rate is Monday, January 3, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. (CST). Reservations made after the January 3rd cut-off date will be confirmed subject to availability of space. To guarantee all reservations, the Hotel may require a money order covering one (1) night's room rate plus applicable taxes, or credit card to charge room deposit and applicable taxes in advance. Guaranteed reservations are held until at least 6:00 am the following morning, at which time the reservation and deposit are charged. The Hotel shall allow name changes without any penalty. All guaranteed reservations will receive either written or verbal confirmation from the Hotel. Cancellation must be made to the hotel no later than Seven (7) days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid being charged one (1) night deposit plus 10% federal tax (Non-refundable Federal Tax). No shows will be charged the entire room nights' stay plus 10% Federal tax (Non-refundable Federal Tax). To cancel your reservation, please contact the Hilton Cancun directly.
